Good day!
We are all excited for this day, well my daughter and I to be exact. We are ecstatic to this event because this is a wonderful way of celebrating Halloween. This our first time to attend an event like this.
The preschoolers dressed up as angels while the elementary dressed up as saints.
The event was held last Thursday, 29th of October at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral.
I personally love this kind of event because we bring back the sacredness of the celebration of the vigil of All Saints’ Day.

This is really nice compared to the Halloween costumes. I have a friend who have this kind of event in their school too. Her son won best in costume “Pope”. 🙂

Aww. I used to do this when I was a kid and I’m so glad churches the tradition goes on. This is way better than scary costumes. 🙂

This is one nice event for kids to understand what is All Saint’s Day is all about. Most of the kids kasi now know more about Halloween than the Saint’s day.

I agreed to this kind of events. In my child school, they have celebrated Feast of the Guardian Angels too. I guess most Catholic Schools have this kind of celebration.

I’d rather watch them with these angelic customers as well than the scary halloween costumes! They all look very young and innocent. ♥

I think I prefer this type of celebration over the wearing of scary and weird costumes. Did you get to know about any particular saint?

The idea is nice instead of having those spooky costumes for the Halloween.
